We ship from Portugal to most European countries.
All our frames are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)

• Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout (free shipping on orders over €50)

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Note: Custom or personalized orders may require an additional 1–2 days for production.

Returns

Your satisfaction means everything to us.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 5 days of delivery — no questions asked.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive the item.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged items?
If your frame arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost.
